Many residents, like myself, were very disappointed to hear that the Planning Inspectorate ruled in favour of Native Land/TfL's development proposals for South Kensington Station late last year.
Since the announcement, the council have been looking into whether there are grounds for a statutory review of the Inspectorate's judgement.
Unfortunately, I am sorry to report that the council's KC could not identify any errors of law, procedural or substantive, which have given rise to prejudice.
We must now sadly turn our focus towards mitigating the effects of the building when it starts, which will potentially overlap with the two Wellcome Trust developments in Pelham Street. More on this soon.
