Cleaning up our air has always been a top priority for me.
So I'm proud that under this Government we've halved emissions since their peak in the 1990s making us the first country to do so in the world.
That's why I successfully introduced a new law which requires all developments to have electric charging points.
And locally, I've worked closely with Conservative-run Kensington and Chelsea council to install almost 1,000 EV chargers, ensuring Kensington has one of the highest number of chargers in the UK.
We also need greener public transport.
With only a third of our bus routes in Kensington going green, we remain too reliant on diesel buses with their harmful emissions.
That's why I've been campaigning for Sadiq Khan to accelerate his commitment to deliver a fully green bus fleet for Kensington as soon as possible.
