The event provided an opportunity to honor and celebrate France's rich cultural heritage, as well as its significant contributions to the UK in various fields such as art, literature, cuisine, and business.
It was a reminder of the enduring friendship and collaboration between our two nations. On this special occasion, I want to extend my warmest wishes to all of my constituents, both French and non-French, as we celebrate Bastille Day. May this day be a reminder of the values of liberty, equality, and fraternity that unite us all.
