Felicity visited Making Communities Work and Grow (MCWG) today in North Kensington, in the week of Eid-Al-Adha.
The group which has been operating since 1994 supports and empowers young residents and their families.
Felicity reflected on her visit, noting:
It has been a pleasure meeting the women here at MCWG, particularly the Secretary of the organisation Aicha. This group offers a fantastic forum for the women to discuss local issues, build friendships and support one another. I have enjoyed sampling the tea and delicacies prepared by the women, which were definitely prepared with love! I look forward to returning to MCWG in the near future to learn more about this fantastic provision.
