Felicity Buchan has led a Westminster Hall Debate on flood risk in London and called for major investment in London's sewerage system.
Felicity was joined by a number of neighbouring MPs as well as Minister Jo Churchill, who attended on the Government's behalf. You can watch the full debate here.
Felicity said:
"London suffered severe flooding in July of last year, with my constituency of Kensington being particularly badly affected. In my debate, I laid out the extent of the flooding, and explored how Government can hold the relevant agencies and companies to account so that such events do not happen again. I also called for major investment in infrastructure in London’s sewerage system."
