Felicity Buchan welcomes home Richard Black, a member of the Windrush Generation

This week, it was a pleasure to meet my constituent, Mr Richard Black, in Parliament.

As a member of the Windrush Generation, Richard wrongly had his British citizenship withdrawn in 1983 and he has finally been able to return to the UK. I was delighted to be able to play a small part in helping him right this historic wrong.
