Felicity Buchan has marked National Apprenticeships Week by visiting the Hilton London Olympia.
With their sister site in Kensington, the company employs a total of 14 apprentices from all stages of life.
Felicity said:
"Apprenticeships are a fantastic alternative to higher education, giving people from all stages of life skills whilst earning a wage. The team at the Hilton laid out a wonderful afternoon tea - baked by apprentice pastry chefs - and discussed the importance of hospitality to our local economy."
