Felicity Buchan has condemned the RMT and CWU strikes that have severely disrupted the lives of Kensington residents over the Christmas period.
The MP for Kensington has warned that this strike action will damage businesses that rely on the Christmas sales boost, with the UK Hospitality Chief Executive saying that retailers have lost over £1.5 billion as a result, as well as preventing families from enjoying the festivities together.
Felicity said:
"I want to reassure residents that plans are in place to draft in the military to secure borders and perform essential services if walkouts go ahead. I will continue to monitor this situation closely."
