Felicity Buchan in the new Exchequer Secretary to the Treasury

Felicity Buchan has been appointed the Exchequer Secretary to the Treasury in the new Government formed by Prime Minister Liz Truss.

The MP for Kensington now has a broad range of responsibilities that include energy infrastructure (including green infrastructure), digital and tech, childcare policy and promoting the UK as a place for investment.

"I am looking forward to getting to work on boosting growth and productivity, supporting families & businesses by cutting taxes and improving our energy security. Whilst I am now a Government Minister, I am still firstly the MP for Kensington - your champion in Parliament. My team and I continue to be available to assist you in any way we can."
