Felicity has shared the following reflections on the anniversary of the Grenfell Tower Tragedy:
My thoughts are with the 72 men, women and children who so tragically and needlessly lost their lives six years ago in a disaster which should never have happened.
We will never forget them.
The lasting legacy of Grenfell must be that everyone should feel safe and secure in their homes. While progress has been made in remediating buildings and establishing a new building safety regime, there is much more to be done. We must move at pace.
All of my thoughts and prayers during this time of remembrance are with the bereaved, survivors and residents of the Grenfell community.
